Dr. Tomlinson’s expertise is in the analysis and design of partially composite structures, structural insulated walls, prestressed concrete, and fibre-reinforced polymer structures. He is a voting member of ACI 440-H and 440-J (FRP stay-in place concrete forms) and is a member of the structures division of the CSCE.
